Q: How soon can I take the exam?

An online link shall be sent to you within 24 hours after successful completion of the workshop.

Q: Is the SAFe DevOps Practitioner fee refundable?

Yes, the fee is refundable up to one week before the class begins. After that time period, if you can’t take the class for a genuine reason, it can be applied to another course offered at Sync IT Learning (SIL).

Q: If I paid for the SAFe DevOps Practitioner workshop, can I take the class in another month or repeat the course again in another month?

Yes, you can take the class in another month as per the class schedule on our website or you can transfer to another class at equal or greater value but you cannot repeat/retake the course again.

Q: How long is the certification valid?

The certification is valid for a year from the date of certification: Renewal fee: $150. 10 continuing education/outreach hours.

Q: What is the exam cost?

First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.
