In this two-day course, you will learn how the roles of Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Manager, and Epic Owner drive the delivery of value in the SAFe enterprise. You’ll get an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe), the Lean-Agile mindset, and an understanding of how the Product Manager and Product Owner roles operate in the enterprise to drive the delivery of value. Finally, you will get an in-depth understanding of the specific activities, tools, and mechanics used to effectively deliver value to the enterprise.
By the end of this course, you should be able to write Epics, Capabilities, Features, and User Stories within the context of SAFe, and have a solid foundation for managing backlogs and programs in a Lean-Agile enterprise.

Prerequisites

However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:
- Attend a Leading SAFe course
- Experience working in a SAFe environment
- Experience with Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications

Once you finish the workshop, your instructor sends you instructions on how to give the exam online. Typically, you can take the exam in a 10-day window upon completion of the class. The certification exam is closed book and timed.
First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.
Yes, SAFe POPM Certification class can be attended online.
The certification is valid for a year from the date of certification and can be renewed by:
$100 renewal fee and 10 hours of continuing education / outreach.
No, your class cannot be transferred to a different month once enrolled on the same fee/enrollment.
No, the fee is non-refundable because of the limited seating and we have to push the potential new enrollments away due to limited number of class. Once paid, the SAFe POPM fee will not be refunded, if for any reason you cannot take the training.
Yes, one time Exam and Certification fee is included in the cost.
